Licensing questions, a job that will not impose the way you expect, or a bug worth reporting.

Reporting an imposition problem
If a sheet came out wrong, the fastest route to a fix is a description of the job rather than a description of the symptom. Four things settle most cases:
- The mode, and the sheet size you imposed onto.
- Rows, columns and both gap values — or a note that automatic placement was on.
- Whether duplex and the 180° back-flip were on.
- What you expected the finished piece to do, and what it did instead. After cutting or folding, not on screen — the preview is rarely where the problem is.
The troubleshooting page covers the failures that come up most often, including backs printing upside down and marks landing inside the bleed.
