What this site collects, what the application does not, and why there is so little to say.
The application
FastImpose is a desktop application. It opens files from your disk, imposes them locally, and writes the result back to your disk. Your PDFs are never transmitted anywhere. There is no upload step, no cloud processing and no telemetry.
The application does not require an account. Activation, manual licence refresh, and deactivation contact our licensing service using your licence and a device identifier. PDF files remain on your computer. An activated installation can work offline.
This website
The site is served as static pages. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
Standard server request logs — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. These are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared.
If you email us, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to it, and for as long as it is useful to have the history.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@fastimpose.com. In practice the answer is usually that we hold nothing beyond an email thread and a purchase record.
Payments
Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor. Card details are entered with that processor and are never seen or stored by us. We receive the information needed to issue a licence and an invoice.
